Coyotes' Conor Garland: Assigned to AHL Tucson

Garland was assigned to AHL Tucson on Sunday, Crag Morgan of the Arizona Republic reports.

Garland destroyed the QMJHL last season, notching 128 points (39 goals, 89 assists) in just 62 games. He's now playing professionally at the AHL level, where the 2015 fifth-round pick will face a stiffer level of competition.
