Raymond has been placed on waivers, Aaron Vickers of NHL.com reports.
Raymond hasn't been overly productive since joining the Flames, with 28 points in 86 games over the last two seasons. He's been in and out of the lineup this season, and being waived doesn't bode well for his playing time.
