Flyers' Claude Giroux: First multi-point game since mid-January

Giroux registered a pair of power-play assists in Tuesday's 4-0 rout of the Avalanche.

They were both secondary helpers, but Giroux's embattled owners will take what they can get, considering that the long-time star had tallied a meager five points in 16 games since his last multi-point effort, a two-assist performance against Boston back on Jan. 14. Giroux is sitting on his worst point pace since 2009-10 (when he was just breaking into the league) as well as an easily career-worst minus-17 rating, so the 29-year-old pivot's fantasy owners certainly aren't getting what they paid for on draft day. That said, he's as good a bet as anyone to heat up again down the stretch.
