Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Not traveling with team

Howden (undisclosed) stayed back in Vegas when the team departed for its five-game road trip, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.

Howden missed the club's last two contests and was believed to be a healthy scratch but it appears the center is dealing with an undisclosed injury. Given he is set to miss the next five contests, the 23-year-old Calgary native will likely find himself designated for injured reserve in the coming days.
