Lehner surrendered four goals on 32 shots in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Oilers. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.
With a depleted Golden Knights team in front of him, Lehner was always going to have his hands full with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. The Golden Knights managed to put up 39 shots to the Oilers' 33, but Lehner wasn't able to limit the goals Friday. The Swede has now allowed 13 tallies in four appearances while going 1-3-0 in a slow start to the year. He could have a little more success if he starts Sunday versus a struggling Islanders team.
