Hurricanes' Teuvo Teravainen: Ruled out Sunday

Teravainen (lower body) is not expected to participate in Sunday's game against San Jose, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.

Teravainen will miss a second consecutive contest while dealing with a lower-body injury. The 27-year-old has tallied five points over his last five appearances. Check back for updates on his status during the All-Star break. The next game on Carolina's schedule is Feb. 7 against Toronto.
