Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Extends streak despite performance

Sorokin made 14 saves on 17 shots in a 4-3 win over the Flyers on Tuesday.

Sorokin didn't face much in this one, making half the saves of opposing goaltender Martin Jones. A win is a win though, and Sorokin is now up to five in a row, with wins in seven of his last nine appearances. The 26-year-old has allowed more than three goals in a start just once over his last nine contests.
