The Jets put Comrie on waivers Saturday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Comrie didn't see any action with Winnipeg after the club claimed him off waivers Dec. 19 and will now go through waivers again. If he goes without a claim, Comrie will presumably wind up in the AHL ranks.
