Kopitar had the secondary helper on Blake Lizotte's second-period marker, which got the Kings on the board. The 34-year-old Kopitar hasn't been as effective on offense in December with one goal and three assists in nine games. The star center is at 27 points, 80 shots, a minus-4 rating, 31 blocks and 30 hits in 30 contests overall, with 10 of his points coming on the power play.
