Wolanin was called up from AHL Ontario on Tuesday, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.
Wolanin has played in the last four games for the Kings, delivering a goal, four hits and five blocked shots. It's unclear whether the 26-year-old will still be with Los Angeles for its next scheduled game Monday at Arizona.
