Dunn was placed on the COVID-19 list Sunday, Marisa Ingemi of The Seattle Times reports.
Dunn has 12 points with a minus-11 rating through 28 games this season. The 25-year-old blueliner's status for Wednesday's tilt against the Flyers is currently unknown.
