Dahlstrom was demoted to the minors Monday.
Dahlstrom has yet to get into a game for the Leafs this season but with the Marlies, he has garnered four assists in 18 games. When the club returns to action versus the Blue Jackets on Dec. 27, the 26-year-old blueliner may have to be recalled if T.J. Brodie and Travis Dermott remain in the COVID-19 protocols.
