Woll was promoted from AHL Toronto to the taxi squad Sunday, per CapFriendly.
There's a chance that Woll could be on the active roster and potentially get the starting nod Wednesday against Pittsburgh as the Maple Leafs are still dealing with a serious COVID-19 issue. The 23-year-old owns a 2.76 GAA and a .911 save percentage in four NHL appearances this season.
