Skinner will tend the twine on the road versus Winnipeg on Wednesday, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.
Skinner has played in at least 50 regular-season games in each of the previous two campaigns, including last year's 36-win performance. The 25-year-old netminder should be in line for another heavy workload in 2024-25 and could even top the 60-game threshold to be one of the leaders in the league. If he does play that much, Skinner could top the 40-win mark as well given the offensive support around him.
