Skinner exited the NHL's COVID-19 protocols Saturday, Tony Brar of the Oilers' official website reports.
Skinner has gone 4-6-0 with a 2.93 GAA and a .907 save percentage over 11 appearances this season. The 23-year-old missed Thursday's contest against Florida while in the protocols. It remains to be seen whether Skinner or Ilya Konovalov will be reassigned as the Oilers currently hold three goalies on their active roster.
