Steeves scored twice and added an assist in AHL Charlotte's 8-2 win over Springfield on Tuesday.
Steeves has seven points over his last three games. That accounts for nearly one-third of his 23 points (13 goals, 10 assists) over 34 appearances this season. Steeves had 28 points in 60 regular-season outings last year, but he's taken a step up in his second full AHL campaign.
