Juulsen agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way pact with Florida on Monday.

Juulsen was a fringe roster player for the Panthers last season, as he made just four appearances in the NHL in which he registered nine hits, five shots and a minus-3 rating while averaging 11:58 of ice time. The departure of Keith Yandle will open up a lineup spot on Florida's blue line next year but may not be enough to make Juulsen a full-time NHLer, hence the two-way nature of his contract.
