Panthers' Sam Bennett: Moved to injured reserve

Bennett (groin) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, per CapFriendly.

IR moves at this point in the season are rare, so it's tough to tell what this means for Bennett's status heading into the postseason. He was considered day-to-day earlier in the week, but there's no guarantee he'll be ready for the start of the playoffs next week.
