Forsberg (upper body) has been removed from injured reserve ahead of Wednesday's clash with Vegas, Adam Vingan of The Athletic reports.
While technically a game-time call, Forsberg's activation off injured reserve is a clear indication he'll make his return to the lineup Wednesday. The 27-year-old winger is poised to take on a second-line role with Ryan Johansen and Matt Duchene while also linking up with the No. 1 power-play unit. As such, Forsberg should offer top-half fantasy value, especially considering he racked ups seven points in nine games prior to his injury absence.
