Forsberg (upper body) notched a pair of goals on three shots in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to Vegas.
Forsberg showed no ill effects from his nine-game absence, accounting for all of the Nashville offense with a pair of third-period tallies. He took a superb Matt Duchene stretch pass early in the frame and beat Robin Lehner on a breakaway, then he drilled a one-timer from the top of the left circle just under nine minutes later. The 27-year-old Forsberg has four goals and seven points in nine games this season.
