Evangelista (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Nick Kieser of 102.5 ESPN Nashville reports.
The move appears to be a formality as Evangelista, who's already missed three games, isn't expected back until early February. Adam Wilsby was activated in a corresponding move.
