Huska joined the Rangers' taxi squad Tuesday.
Huska will serve as an emergency netminder as the team heads out on a two-game road trip. As long as Igor Shesterkin and Keith Kinkaid remain available versus Florida and Tampa Bay on Wednesday and Friday, respectively, Huska shouldn't be expected to be promoted to the active roster at any point.
