Rangers' Andy Welinski: Placed on waivers

Welinski was waived by the Rangers on Friday, per CapFriendly.

Welinski secured a two-way deal with the Rangers this offseason but he should spend most of his time with AHL Hartford. He suited up in 13 games with the Ducks during the 2020-21 campaign and scored 19 points in 39 games with AHL Stockton last season.
