Rooney will need to submit a pair of negative COVID-19 tests before rejoining the Rangers, so he'll miss Wednesday's matchup with Florida at a minimum. The 28-year-old forward has only picked up seven points through 30 games this season, so his absence will almost certainly go unnoticed in most fantasy circles.
