DeKeyser (COVID-19 protocols) missed practice Friday, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.
The Red Wings have not disclosed the results of DeKeyser's test, so it's tough to gauge how much time the defenseman will miss. Dan Renouf is projected to the occupy the left defenseman spot on the third pairing for Saturday's clash with the Sabres.
