Sabres' C.J. Smith: Bumped up to taxi squad

Smith was promoted from AHL Rochester to Buffalo's taxi squad Saturday.

Smith hasn't appeared in an NHL contest since 2018-19 and isn't expected to have a significant role with the Sabres in 2020-21.
