Dzingel was waived by the Sharks on March 11, and the wrist surgery explains why he hasn't been in the mix for a call-up even as the big club deals with a number of injuries. It's unclear what kind of timeline the forward is facing, but there's only a slim chance he draws back in with the Sharks prior to the end of the season.
