  • Panthers' Jamie McGinn: Ends scoring drought
    By RotoWire Staff

McGinn found the net with his only shot on goal and dished out four hits in Tuesday's 5-4 win against the Rangers. McGinn had previously gone five games without a point and 12 contests without putting the biscuit in the basket, but made the most out of his 15-plus minutes of ice time Tuesday. While McGinn has shown flashes of potential over his career, inconsistency has prevented the 10-season veteran from establishing himself as a bona fide power forward in the league.

  • Panthers' Jamie McGinn: On mini hot streak
    By RotoWire Staff

McGinn provided an assist in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Rangers at home, stretching his points streak to three games. You generally wouldn't want to look in a team's bottom-six group for fantasy options, but McGinn could be a rare exception since he's playing well and averaging 2:12 on the man advantage this season. The journeyman is up to three goals and four assists through 13 games.

  • Panthers' Jamie McGinn: Scores lone goal on Tuesday
    By RotoWire Staff

McGinn pocketed a power-play goal late in the third period to spoil a shutout in a 5-1 loss to Philadelphia on Tuesday. It was McGinn's first goal of the year, and his first as a Panther. Despite the score, he would finish the game minus-3, as it just simply wasn't Florida's night. The 29-year-old Canadian failed to register a point in his first three contests, but has recorded a goal and an assist over the previous two. He'll look to push that streak to three games against the Penguins on Friday.

  • Panthers' Jamie McGinn: Traded to Panthers
    By RotoWire Staff

McGinn was traded to the Panthers on Sunday in exchange for Jason Demers, Craig Morgan of ArizonaSports.com reports. With Sunday's trade, McGinn will be heading to his fourth organization in the last two years. The nine-year journeyman should provide some help on both sides of the puck and is coming off a 2016-17 campaign where he had nine goals and eight assists across 72 games. After being expected to move to right wing with the Coyotes, McGinn should be able to stay on his more natural left side with the Panthers.

  • Coyotes' Jamie McGinn: Returns to lineup Tuesday
    By RotoWire Staff

McGinn (personal) returned to action Tuesday against the Stars. McGinn missed the past three games due to personal reasons. His return comes at a good time, too, as Shane Doan (lower body) is back on the shelf.
