  Hjalmarsson registered a pair of assists in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Wild. Hjalmarsson recorded a two-assist outing for the first time since Feb. 12, 2019. The Swedish blueliner has been unusually engaged on offense with four helpers in his last four games. That accounts for all of his offense in 22 appearances, and he's added 30 blocked shots and 16 shots on net with an even plus-minus rating.

  Hjalmarsson produced an assist in Friday's 5-1 loss to the Wild. Hjalmarsson picked up the second helper on Clayton Keller's lone tally for the Coyotes in the third period. The 33-year-old Hjalmarsson has two assists, 30 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a minus-2 rating in 21 games. He's strictly a defensive presence and doesn't need to be monitored in fantasy.

The helper is Hjalmarsson's first point of the season. The Swedish blueliner has added 27 blocks, 16 shots on net, 12 PIM and a minus-1 rating in 19 contests. With a near-total lack of offense, HJalmarsson isn't doing enough to be rostered in fantasy.

  Hjalmarsson (upper body) posted two shots on goal and two PIM in 14:44 during Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Kings. Hjalmarsson missed two games with the injury, and he returned to a reduced role on the third pairing. With the Coyotes' defense finally at full health, Hjalmarsson, Jason Demers, Jordan Oesterle and Ilya Lyubushkin will probably be in competition for three spots in the lineup. A steady defender, Hjalmarsson has no points, 20 blocked shots and eight PIM through 14 appearances, so there's not much here from a fantasy standpoint.

  Hjalmarsson (upper body) will be in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Kings, Alexander Kinkopf of the Coyotes' official website reports. The 33-year-old will return to the lineup Thursday after missing the past two games with the upper-body issue. Hjalmarsson has yet to earn a point this season, but he's racked up seven hits and 19 blocks in 13 games this year. Hjalmarsson will enter the lineup on the third defensive pairing, replacing Ilya Lyubushkin.
