  • Sabres' Colin Miller: Dealt to Buffalo
    By RotoWire Staff

The Golden Knights will trade Miller to the Sabres in exchange for a 2021 second-round pick and a 2022 fifth-round pick, Bob McKenzie of TSN reports. Miller will bring some additional firepower to a Sabres blue line that has been lacking depth in that area. Despite missing 17 games last season, Miller finished with 29 points and is just one season removed from a 41-point campaign. He should slot into a top-four role for the Sabres next season and will likely work on one of the power-play units as well.

  • Miller provided a pair of power-play assists and three blocked shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Sharks in Game 5. Miller now has three points in five games in the series, adding 13 hits, seven blocked shots and eight shots on goal. He had 29 points in 65 contests from the blue line in the regular season. Miller could make for a good DFS play in Sunday's Game 6 in Vegas.

  • Miller scored a shorthanded goal in a 5-3 victory against the Sharks on Friday. Right as the Golden Knights killed the first part of a 5-on-3 situation, Erik Karlsson turned the puck over on a terrible pass. Coming out of the penalty box, Miller had a clear breakaway and didn't miss. The Golden Knights tallied two shorthanded goals and a power-play score in the big win.

  • Miller was handed a $2,000 fine by the league for embellishment, David Schoen of the Las Vegas Review Journal reports. Miller is bogged down in a 13-game goal drought, but he's managed to notch five helpers over that stretch, including two with the man advantage. While the blueliner is logging just 19:39 of ice time per game this season, he remains a critical piece of the power play, averaging 2:24 and tallying 13 of his 29 points with the extra man.

  • Golden Knights' Colin Miller: Garners helper
    By RotoWire Staff

Miller picked up an assist, two shots and a blocked shot in a 3-2 loss to the Wild on Friday. Miller is at three goals and 26 helpers in 61 games this season, a slightly slower pace than the 41 points he had in 82 contests in the Golden Knights' inaugural campaign. Miller remains a power-play threat with 13 of his points coming with a man advantage, and his 115 hits provide a little extra value in formats that reward physicality.
