Armia (concussion) skated 15:25 in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Maple Leafs. Armia's only statistical contribution was a takeaway, although he did resume a penalty-killing role. The Finn has five points, a plus-6 rating, seven hits and seven shots on goal through six appearances. He may still need some time to get back into form, and Armia shouldn't be expected to play higher than the third line barring injuries to the Canadiens' top six. Paul Byron was a healthy scratch to accommodate Armia's return to the lineup after a seven-game absence.

Armia (concussion) will play in Wednesday's game versus the Maple Leafs, Arpon Basu of The Athletic reports. Armia took line rushes with the third line alongside Jesperi Kotkaniemi and Tyler Toffoli. He's set to return after a seven-game absence. The 27-year-old produced five points and seven shots on net through five games before suffering a concussion on a hit from Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers on Jan. 21.

Armia (concussion) has been activated off injured reserve, per the NHL's official media site. Armia will be a game-time call for Wednesday's matchup with Toronto, but his activation off IR suggests he's likely closer to probable than questionable. The 27-year-old winger picked up five points through five games before missing seven contests with a concussion.

Armia (concussion) will be a game-time decision for Wednesday's clash with the Leafs, Arpon Basu of The Athletic reports. Armia missed the team's last seven contests due to his concussion but could get back on the ice Wednesday. In his previous two outings, the winger garnered two goals and three helpers and will no doubt be eager to pick up where he left off. If he does play, it would likely come at the expense of Jake Evans.

Armia (concussion) rotated in at right wing on the third line during Tuesday's practice but is not expected to play Wednesday, Pat Hickey of the Montreal Gazette reports. Armia and Corey Perry worked on the third line, but it was Perry on the top power-play unit during practice, which is an indication that Armia will not return Wednesday against Toronto. If Armia is not active, it will be his eighth consecutive game missed.
