Barbashev notched an assist in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Wild in Game 5. Barbashev set up the second of Vladimir Tarasenko's three third-period goals. The assist ended a six-game point drought for Barbashev, whose slump has diminished the Blues' depth scoring. The 26-year-old has added eight shots on net, 10 hits and a minus-2 rating in five playoff contests, but more's expected of him after a 26-goal, 60-point performance in 81 regular-season outings.

Barbashev's goal gave the Blues the lead at 12:37 of the second period, and they didn't look back. He also assisted on goals by Jordan Kyrou and Marco Scandella. Through 14 games in April, Barbashev's racked up seven goals and eight helpers. He's more than doubled his previous best campaign with 60 points, 110 shots on net, 158 hits and a plus-7 rating through 79 outings this season.

Barbashev scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Coyotes. Barbashev put the Blues ahead 2-0 at 5:51 of the first period. The 26-year-old hasn't slowed down his scoring in April with six goals and six helpers in his last 13 outings. For the season, he's at 25 tallies, 57 points, 108 shots on net, 158 hits and a plus-4 rating in 78 appearances in a breakout year.

Barbashev had two assists in Sunday's 8-3 win over Nashville. Barbashev was one of seven Blues with multiple points in this one, though it took him a while to get there, as he assisted on the team's seventh and eighth goals. The Moscow native has 24 goals and 56 points through 75 games in what has been a breakout season for Barbashev.

Barbashev scored a goal and added an assist in a 6-1 win over the Islanders. His point streak stretched to six games and eight points (four goals, four assists) with the burst Saturday. Barbashev's goal was all about tenacity - he followed Jordan Kyrou on a breakaway and pushed the puck over the goal line when the rebound popped free. The 26-year-old Barbashev has blown away his previous career point total of 26 with 53 points, including 23 goals, in 71 games.
