Roman Josi beat Nedeljkovic with a turnaround wrister in the slot midway through the second period, but that was the only offense on the night for the Predators. Nedeljkovic has won back-to-back starts, stopping 51 of 52 pucks (.981 save percentage) in those two appearances. The 25-year-old improved to 10-4-2 on the year with a tremendous 1.92 GAA and .930 save percentage, along with a trio of shutouts.

  • Nedeljkovic will guard the home cage during Saturday's matchup with Nashville, Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal reports. Nedeljkovic was unbeatable in his last start April 8 against Florida, stopping all 24 shots he faced en route to his ninth win and third shutout of the year. The American netminder will try to secure a second straight victory in a home matchup with a Predators team that's averaging only 2.43 goals per game on the road this season, 25th in the NHL.

  • Nedeljkovic will defend the home goal in Thursday's game versus the Panthers, Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer reports. Nedeljkovic has lost back-to-back starts while recording an .878 save percentage. He faced a combined 41 shots between those contests. It'll be tough to shake this slump against the Panthers, who have won six of their last seven games, scoring at least three goals in each victory.

  • Nedeljkovic stopped 22 of 25 shots Saturday in a 3-2 loss to the Stars. Tanner Kero's one-timer on the doorstep broke a 2-2 tie less than three minutes into the third period and held up as the game-winner, handing Nedeljkovic a second straight one-goal loss. The 25-year-old fell to 8-4-2 with a 2.12 GAA and .924 save percentage. His status may soon be complicated by the impending return of veteran Petr Mrazek (thumb).
