  • Yandle recorded a goal, an assist, plus-1 rating and four shots on goal in a game-high 27:26 minutes play during a 3-2 loss against the Ducks on Sunday. Since leaving Phoenix, Yandle has yet to reach double-digit goals again, but he will seemingly have a shot at it this season. Through about the quarter mark of 2017-18, he has three goals and 11 points. Yandle also has a plus-6 rating, which makes him less of a fantasy reliably like he's been in the past. Last season, he owned a minus-6 rating. However, owners should keep in mind Yandle currently has a 7.7 shooting percentage, which is almost 3.0 percent higher than his career norm. That doesn't bode well for him continuing his current goal pace.

  • Yandle dished out assists on the power play and at even strength in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win over Dallas. This was Yandle's first multi-point effort of the season. While his scoring has been spaced out, the puck-moving blueliner is having a fine offensive campaign with nine points. Only two of those have come with the extra man, but that pace should pick up considering Yandle racked up 18 power-play points during his first season in the Sunshine State.

  • Panthers' Keith Yandle: Picks up helper in loss

Yandle registered an assist in a 7-3 loss to Columbus on Thursday. The 31-year-old blueliner totaled a season-low 18:10 of ice time and failed to record any time during Florida's one power-play attempt. It feels like a slow start for Yandle with just one goal and six points in 12 games, but that 0.5 points-per-game output is spot on with his performance last season. Yandle will look to build some momentum Saturday against the Rangers.

  • Yandle found the back of the net for the first time this season during a 5-1 loss to Montreal on Tuesday. The 31-year-old blueliner now has a goal and three helpers in eight games played. Yandle has never been one to score many goals with 12 being his career high. However, a position on the top pair and an important role on Florida's power-play unit should allow him to find plenty of assists and scoring chances.

  • Panthers' Keith Yandle: Records one hit
    By RotoWire Staff

Yandle logged one hit Sunday, helping his team earn a 4-2 preseason victory over Tampa Bay. The workhorse was held off the point sheet, but still logged a team-high 20:32 of time on ice -- including 4:34 on the first power-play unit and 3:33 on the penalty kill. Although Yandle played on the first defensive unit Sunday, Aaron Ekblad wasn't in the lineup and Yandle will likely be bumped down to a second pairing with Mark Pysyk when the 2017-18 season starts. The 31-year-old has put up three straight 40-point seasons, and there's no reason he can't continue the trend this year.
