Serena Williams dominates Rogers Cup for season's eighth win
Serena Williams breezes to third career Rogers Cup title.
Serena Williams had no trouble with unseeded Romanian Sorana Cirstea Sunday en route to her third Rogers Cup title in Toronto.
Williams, who didn't lose a set all week, cruised 6-2, 6-0 for her eighth win this season and 54th of her career.
Though on the short end Sunday, Cirstea had an encouraging tournament, beating two former world No. 1s in Jelena Jankovic and Caroline Wozniacki. Her luck ran out against Williams, who has lost just once since March.
