VIDEO: Chicago Fire's Mike Magee stars in great Ferris Bueller spoof

We know Mike Magee is a talented soccer player; he was named the MLS MVP last season after scoring 21 goals in 31 matches split between the LA Galaxy and his new team, the Chicago Fire. Now we know he's also not bad at this whole acting thing.

The Fire forward took the huge task of parodying iconic Chicago movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off and wouldn't you know it, he actually pulled it off.

With the help of cameos from people like US Women's team stars Sydney Leroux and Hope Solo, Michael Bradley, Thierry Henry, his former coach in LA, Bruce Arena and Omar Gonzalez in the role of Cam, they do a great job of making a solid parody. A Chicago native himself, Magee and crew get in all the hijinxs of Ferris (with the exception of a game at Wrigley, it seems).

If the MLS is making a play to get some attention, videos like this should do the trick because that's pretty stellar and not completely ruined by the type of terrible acting you'd expect.

As you can see, they all adore him. That Mike Magee is a righteous dude.
