Another stacked field will be on display for golf fans this week when the 2021 WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational tees off Thursday at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tenn. Xander Schauffele, fresh off a gold-medal performance for the USA at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, highlights a field that also includes defending champion Justin Thomas. In all, 48 of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking are in the field, including 2019 St. Jude winner Brooks Koepka, Collin Morikawa, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth.

Koepka is the 12-1 favorite in Caesars Sportsbook's latest 2021 WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational odds, trailed closely by Morikawa (14-1) and Schauffele (14-1). Spieth (16-1), Thomas (18-1) and Johnson (20-1) also are top contenders. Will reigning FedEx Cup champion Johnson turn it on as the playoffs approach and help you cash in? Or would a player like Daniel Berger (22-1), a two-time winner at TPC Southwind, be a wise choice for your 2021 WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational Fantasy golf picks? Before setting any Fantasy golf lineups, PGA DFS rosters or betting the 2021 WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, you really need to see the Fantasy golf projections from fantasy expert Riley Gates.

Morikawa has been on fire, and Gates doesn't expect him to cool off this week in Memphis. The 24-year-old won his second career major a few weeks ago at the Open Championship, then went to Japan to represent Team USA. All he did there was shoot 15-under par to make a seven-man playoff for bronze. C.T. Pan took the medal, but Morikawa's game remains sharp. He is second in greens in regulation (72 percent) and 13th in driving accuracy (69.2) and leads in both strokes gained tee-to-green and on approach. His 69.7 scoring average ranks fourth.

On the other hand, Gates isn't expecting a huge week from Spieth, even though he was the runner-up to Morikawa in England. The 28-year-old has finished in the top 10 in four of his past seven events, but he also has a T-19, T-18 and T-30 over that span. His strong play since February has been one of the stories of this golf season, and he has proven he is really back after going almost four years without a win. He ended that drought at the Valero Texas Open, but his consistency has started to lag recently, and Gates isn't ranking him in his top 10.

How to set your 2021 WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational Fantasy golf lineups

This week in Memphis, Gates is on board with a long shot who comes in at more than 60-1 in the odds. This young sleeper pick has shot in the 60s in seven of his past eight rounds and was in the top 25 in his only appearance at Southwind. This golfer appears to be locked in and could stun this stacked field. Be sure to see who it is and check out the picks before you enter any Fantasy golf picks.
