Rory McIlroy is 1-14 favorite to win the 2014 British Open
Hope you got those 14-1 bets in while you could at the beginning of the week because Rory McIlroy is the overhwelming favorite to win at Hoylake.
Rory McIlroy crushed again on Saturday and has a six-stroke lead going into the final round of this year's British Open. If you want to wager on him you're going to have to pay for it because nobody has ever lost a six-stroke lead in the final round of a British Open.
Here's a look at the odds.
Rory McIlroy: 1-14
Secretariat thinks that's a low number.
Rickie Fowler: 14-1
Sergio Garcia: 22-1
Dustin Johnson: 25-1
I guess I shouldn't call these "favorites" but if Rory collapses -- and he might have to literally physically collapse -- then I'd go with Fowler to win.

Adam Scott: 125-1
Charl Schwartzel: 250-1
Jim Furyk: 250-1
If I would have told you that you could get Adam Scott at 125-1 to win after 54 holes and he was inside the top seven you would have given me all of your money. Instead, no chance.
