Tiger Woods made his return to competitive golf on Thursday for the first time in 466 days and he got off to a scorching hot start at the Hero World Challenge.
Woods posted a 3-under 33 on the front nine and was 4 under through eight holes and looked fantastic in all aspects of his game. That hot start, even in an incredibly small sample size, was enough to cause a massive movement in his Masters odds in Las Vegas.
According to Jeff Sherman at Westgate, Woods' odds had moved to 25-1 for April's Masters after opening the day at 40-1.

No one in golf moves the needle like Tiger Woods -- in fan interest -- and that goes for the betting markets as well. Woods got so much action on a Thursday morning in Las Vegas where he was playing in an 18-man tournament that he shot up the odds list to 25-1.
