WATCH: Phil Mickelson gets ball stolen mid-round, makes par from impossible spot
Lefty is at it again in Mexico on Saturday on this par-4 hole
Phil Mickelson is having the most Phil Mickelson round of all time on Saturday at the WGC-Mexico Championship. Lefty has barely hit a fairway, at one point got relief from the bushes because he was standing on a sprinkler head when trying to hit out, and he’s seen one of his Callaway balls stolen on the 10th hole.
Mickelson hit his drive on No. 10 near the tees on No. 18. When he approached it, he was told somebody had pocketed his ball, so he took a free drop and rocketed one over the trees on the par 5.

Two putts from there and it was a casual par for Lefty.

At 46, Mickelson is still finding insanely creative ways to score on new courses in old events. He is in second place as the tournament heads down the home stretch on Saturday.
