Web.com Tour golfer starts his round eagle-ace
Eagle-ace is a good start, right?
Web.com Tour player Tony Finau started his round on a nice note at the United Leasing Championship on Friday.
Well, Finau started on the back nine and, yep, look at that card:
Three stokres on a par 5 and ace on a par 3. That's when we here at Eye on Golf let the Twitters take over and dub this baby an "American."
Yes, back-to-back eagles couldn't (and shouldn't) be called anything else.
The crazy part is that Finau made a bogey on the last hole of his first nine and still shot a 30. He was on pace for a 36 (for 18) through two holes.
