Andre Ethier resumes running

Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier, who dealt with a microfracture in his lower leg during the postseason, has resumed running and has not had any setbacks this offseason, MLB.com reports.

Ethier has drawn trade interest from teams looking to alleviate the surplus in the Dodger outfield. He hit .272/.360/.423 with 12 home runs and 52 RBI in 482 at-bats.
