Blue Jays starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez will have Wednesday's start pushed back to next Tuesday at the Mets, manager John Gibbons said, reports Sportsnet.ca.

Sanchez was scheduled to start Wednesday against the Marlins, but Gibbons said he is dealing with body soreness. Scott Copeland will receive the start instead.

"He's a hardworking guy when he's out there -- there's zero finesse to him," Gibbons said, per MLB.com. "He's chopping up some innings, went the into the ninth the other day. He's got a little fatigue. Figured we can't afford to lose him, so back him off a start. He'll be good to go the next go-around."

Sanchez is 2-1 with a 2.57 ERA in his last four starts.
