Bryce Harper is in a knee brace; everybody freak out
Here comes photographic evidence that Bryce Harper is wearing a brace on his injured left knee. But what does that mean?

That, of course, is Nationals phenom Bryce Harper and a young admirer he happened upon in the Atlanta airport, where itineraries and hope itself go to die. The news here is that Harper is plainly encumbered by a knee brace on his injured left hinge.
Harper, of course, has been sidelined for some time with bursitis, and he recently paid a visit to Dr. James Andrews. On that front, Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post quotes Harper's agent, Scott Boras, as saying his client has not undergone surgery and is wearing the brace as a mere precaution. So there's that.
As Kilgore notes, it's not clear what kind of treatment Harper received from Dr. Andrews or when he can be expected back.
