CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians are one win away from their first World Series championship since way back in 1948. The Tribe hold a 3-2 series lead over the Chicago Cubs heading into Game 6 on Tuesday night. Here's how you can watch.

The Cubs kept the series and their season alive with a 3-2 win in Game 5 on Sunday. Despite that win, manager Joe Maddon has decided to shake his lineup up a bit now that the series has shifted back to the AL park, and the DH is again available. Here's his starting nine for Game 6.

  1. CF Dexter Fowler
  2. DH Kyle Schwarber
  3. 3B Kris Bryant
  4. 1B Anthony Rizzo
  5. LF Ben Zobrist
  6. SS Addison Russell
  7. C Willson Contreras
  8. RF Jason Heyward
  9. 2B Javier Baez
    RHP Jake Arrieta

Schwarber hit fifth in Games 1 and 2. He was not in the starting line for Games 3-5 at Wrigley Field because doctors still have not cleared him to play the outfield following his torn ACL. He's limited to DH duty. Maddon has moved Schwarber up to the two-hole and bumped everyone else down.

The Indians, meanwhile, are using their regular starting lineup against right-handed pitchers. Here's the lineup manager Terry Francona will use in Game 6:

  1. DH Carlos Santana
  2. 2B Jason Kipnis
  3. SS Francisco Lindor
  4. 1B Mike Napoli
  5. 3B Jose Ramirez
  6. RF Lonnie Chisenhall
  7. LF Coco Crisp
  8. CF Tyler Naquin
  9. C Roberto Perez
    RHP Josh Tomlin
