Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant continued his red hot spring, hitting his seventh home run in 10 games on Saturday.

Facing Felix Hernandez, Bryant hit a 2-2 pitch to deep left for a two-run shot in the first inning. His seven home runs are the most of any player this spring. He also had an eighth in a split squad game.

It's the first time in Bryant's professional career, at any level, that he's had seven homers in a 10-game span.

"I've said all along, I'm playing with a chip on my shoulder and at the same time, having fun," Bryant said to MLB.com. "You can't beat baseball right now — the sun shining. Hopefully, we get the win today."
