Fan who ran across the field at the All-Star Game blames Twitter
The man who ran across the field at the All-Star Game is blaming Twitter for his actions.
When in doubt, blame social media.
Twitter user and Yankees fan Dylan Masone dashed across Citi Field in his Robinson Cano T-shirt toward second base and posed at the position that his hero was scheduled to play.
Why did he do this?
This was probably not young Dylan's brightest idea in his relatively short life. Security brutally body-slammed him to the ground after he temporarily became the National League's new second baseman.
Leading up to his sprint, Masone revealed on Twitter the hilarious stream of consciousness of someone about to invade the field of play.
lmao this is gonna be terrible— dyl (@MasoneDylan) July 17, 2013

Why is his mom going to blow a gasket? Oh, right:

Yes, Dylan. It's social media's fault that you did something dumb.
blame it on social media, love you all— dyl (@MasoneDylan) July 17, 2013
