With the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks set to square off in the NFC Championship game Sunday, for the right to head to the Super Bowl, each respective city is obviously rallying around its team. That includes the San Francisco Giants and Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball and whoever runs each respective Twitter account.

Follow the chain here.
