We're nearly three weeks into the 2020 KBO season and bettors are starting to get a clearer picture of what each of the 10 teams in the Korea Baseball Organization has to offer. The NC Dinos have opened up a three-game lead at the top of the league and they'll host the Hanwha Eagles on Sunday with former Orioles and Mariners pitcher Mike Wright on the mound. Wright is 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA through his first three starts and is a big reason why the Dinos are the biggest favorites of the day at -230 in the KBO odds.

Meanwhile, the KT Wiz and LG Twins will go head-to-head in a matchup that William Hill oddsmakers have listed as a -115 pick'em. KT's 112 runs on the season are the second-most in the KBO and they've scored 69 runs in the last eight games alone. But should you be backing them on Sunday against Chan-gyu Lim, who has only given up one run against KT over 11 innings in his last two starts against them? Before making any Sunday KBO picks, be sure to check out the Korean baseball predictions and best bets from SportsLine data engineer Mike McClure.

Recognized in the book "Fantasy Football (and Baseball) for Smart People: How to Turn your hobby into a Fortune" as a top Daily Fantasy Baseball Player, McClure has won almost $2 million in daily Fantasy sports. And in 2016, McClure launched the wOBA Projection Model for MLB picks, which has returned $2,300 to $100 bettors. If anybody knows how to spot value in baseball lines, it's him.

Now, he's turned his attention to the KBO League and locked in three strong picks for Sunday. Parlaying his three selections would pay out almost 4-1. You can only see them here

Top Korean Baseball predictions for May 24

One of McClure's top KBO picks for Sunday: He's backing the Doosan Bears (-210) to beat the Samsung Lions on the road. The Bears have been the top offense in the KBO this season with 116 runs in 16 games. Jose Miguel Fernandez has been an absolute wrecking crew in the middle of the lineup.

Fernandez is slashing an absurd .500/.547/.779 on the season with four home runs and 17 RBI and he's had 10 hits with two home runs and eight RBI in the last three games alone. Fernandez has 14 total bases already in the first two games of this series alone and he'll have a great matchup on Sunday.

"The Doosan Bears continue to rank as the top team in the KBO in my model," McClure told SportsLine. "The price is steep for a reason here as the Bears crush right-handed pitching, and David Buchanan is far from an ace."

How to make KBO picks for May 24

McClure has found value on two other picks, including a money line he says is way off because of a pitching mismatch. Be sure to see what he's picking over at SportsLine before making any Korea baseball picks.
