During extra innings Thursday in Baltimore, Orioles All-Star Manny Machado had to leave the game with groin stiffness.
In Thursday night's marathon game between the Indians and Orioles in Baltimore, Orioles All-Star third baseman Manny Machado was replaced in extra innings. The cause, as announced during the broadcast, was right groin stiffness. No further information was made available by the Orioles.
